1300 sq. ft. addition and complete renovation to existing house.

Custom designed bungalow in an uptown infill property.
Central concept with interior atrium surrounded by living spaces.

Residential Renovation, Britannia, Ottawa 1992

Single family home built in1912. New cedar porch, entrance hall with pressed tin ceiling, original cedar panels re-finished as wainscotting. New expanded 4-piece bathroom, renovated kitchen with granite splashback and matching counters. Rental suite with kitchenette. New thermal windows, electrical and plumbing upgrades.
